1. The basic standard

Forest Board is for short, anonymous everyday frustrations. You may vent, use strong language, disagree and criticise ideas. You must not threaten, target, exploit or expose people, or use the service to facilitate harm or crime.

Only people aged 18 or over may use the service. This is not an emergency, counselling or medical service. If someone faces immediate danger in the UK, call 999 or 112. For a non-emergency police matter, call 101.

2. Illegal and dangerous content

Do not post, request, encourage, praise, coordinate or link to content involving:

• credible threats, violence, terrorism or encouragement of an offence;
• child sexual exploitation or abuse, grooming, or sexual content involving a

person under 18;

• intimate images shared or threatened without consent, sexual exploitation,

cyberflashing or sexually explicit material;

• encouragement or assistance of suicide, serious self-harm, dangerous stunts

or eating-disorder behaviour;

• hate offences or attacks based on race, nationality, religion, disability,

sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment or another protected status;

• fraud, scams, identity theft, blackmail, extortion, trafficking or exploitation;
• unlawful drugs, weapons, instructions intended to enable serious wrongdoing,

or offers to buy or sell illegal items;

• stalking, coercive control, sustained harassment or malicious communications;

or

• content that infringes copyright, privacy, confidentiality or another legal

right.

This list is not exhaustive. Content may be restricted where we reasonably believe it is illegal or creates a material risk of harm.

3. Harassment and personal attacks

Do not:

• direct repeated abuse at a person or organise others to target them;
• make degrading sexual remarks or unwanted sexual approaches;
• celebrate a person's suffering or wish serious harm on them;
• impersonate a person, organisation, moderator or university; or
• make knowingly false factual allegations likely to cause serious harm.

Criticism of conduct or ideas is allowed when it does not become threatening, discriminatory or persistently targeted abuse.

4. Privacy and sensitive information

Do not post personal or confidential information about yourself or anyone else, including:

• real names linked to private allegations, email addresses, phone numbers,

precise addresses, live locations, workplaces or timetables;

• student, employee, government or health-service identification numbers;
• passwords, PINs, verification codes, security answers or access tokens;
• bank accounts, payment-card details, financial records or identity documents;
• private messages, medical records or intimate information; or
• information revealing an identifiable person's health, ethnicity, religion,

political opinions, trade-union membership, genetics, biometrics, sex life, sexual orientation, alleged offences or convictions.

Forest Board does not need this information. Describe a situation generally and remove details that could identify someone. A first credible privacy report may hide a post immediately while it is reviewed.

5. Sexual content and safeguarding

Sexually explicit material is not allowed. Never post sexual content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18. Do not attempt to groom, solicit or move a child or potentially vulnerable person to another channel.

We will comply with applicable duties to report detected and previously unreported child sexual exploitation and abuse content to the National Crime Agency. Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected material in order to report it; send us the post reference and context instead.

6. Self-harm and crisis content

Members may discuss feelings or say that they are struggling in general terms, but must not encourage, instruct, challenge or pressure anyone to self-harm or die by suicide, or share graphic details or methods. Posts presenting an immediate and credible threat may be removed and escalated where permitted or required by law.

7. Authentic participation

Do not spam; flood the feed; manipulate pickups, reports or invitations; submit malicious reports; scrape the service; probe for other users' identities; evade rate limits; or access accounts or systems without permission.

Do not sell or publicly distribute accounts or invitation codes. Do not create replacement accounts to avoid a restriction.

8. University-email badge

The badge only indicates access to an approved university mailbox. Do not claim that it proves identity, enrolment, qualifications, authority or university endorsement. Do not use it to impersonate staff or obtain trust, money or data.

9. Moderation and enforcement

Depending on context, severity, history and risk, we may:

• block a submission before publication;
• hold, hide or remove content;
• remove a public highlight;
• warn or temporarily restrict an account;
• suspend or close an account; or
• preserve and disclose limited information where lawfully required.

Automated filters support but do not replace human judgement. We aim to apply these Rules consistently and proportionately while respecting freedom of expression. You may appeal under the Reporting & Complaints Policy.

10. How to help

Use the in-product report control for a post. For a reply, public excerpt, account issue, data concern or report that cannot be made in the product, email lcsdjn@hotmail.com. Include the content reference, category and a short explanation; do not repeat harmful material unnecessarily.

2. 违法及危险内容

不得发布、索取、鼓励、赞扬、组织或链接涉及以下事项的内容：

• 对儿童的性剥削或性侵害、诱骗儿童，或涉及未满 18 周岁者的性内容；
• 未经同意传播或威胁传播私密影像、性剥削、网络闪现或露骨色情内容；
• 鼓励或协助自杀、严重自残、危险挑战或进食障碍行为；
• 基于种族、国籍、宗教、残障、性别、性取向、性别重置或其他受保护特征的仇恨犯罪或攻击；
• 诈骗、骗局、身份盗用、勒索、人口贩运或剥削；
• 非法毒品、武器、意图帮助严重违法的指示，或买卖非法物品；
• 跟踪、胁迫控制、持续骚扰或恶意通信；或
• 侵犯版权、隐私、保密义务或其他法律权利的内容。

以上并非完整清单。如我们有合理理由认为内容违法或会造成重大伤害风险，可对其采取限制。

3. 骚扰与人身攻击

不得：

• 反复辱骂某人或组织他人集中攻击；
• 发表侮辱性性言论或作出不受欢迎的性接触；
• 庆祝他人的痛苦或希望其遭受严重伤害；
• 冒充个人、机构、管理员或大学；或
• 故意作出可能造成严重伤害的虚假事实指控。

可以批评行为或观点，但不得演变为威胁、歧视或持续针对性的辱骂。

4. 隐私与敏感资料

不得发布自己或他人的个人或机密资料，包括：

• 与私人指控相连的真实姓名、邮箱、电话、精确住址、实时位置、工作地点或行程；
• 学生、雇员、政府或医疗服务识别号码；
• 密码、PIN、验证码、安全答案或访问令牌；
• 银行账号、银行卡资料、财务记录或身份证件；
• 私人消息、医疗记录或私密信息；或
• 可识别个人的健康、族裔、宗教、政治观点、工会成员身份、基因、生物识别、性生活、

性取向、涉嫌犯罪或定罪资料。

林子里不需要这些资料。请概括描述情况，并移除可能识别他人的细节。首个可信的隐私举报 可使帖子在审核期间立即隐藏。

5. 性内容与保护未成年人

禁止露骨色情内容。绝不得发布涉及或疑似涉及未满 18 周岁者的性内容，也不得试图诱骗、 索取信息或将儿童或可能处于弱势的人转移至其他沟通渠道。

我们会遵守适用法律，将检测到且此前尚未举报的儿童性剥削和性侵害内容向英国国家打击 犯罪局报告。为举报而请勿下载、复制或再次传播疑似材料；只需提供帖子编号及相关背景。

6. 自残与危机内容

成员可以概括谈论感受或表示自己正经历困难，但不得鼓励、指导、挑战或逼迫任何人自残 或自杀，也不得分享图像化细节或方法。构成即时可信威胁的内容可被删除，并在法律允许或 要求时升级处理。

7. 真实参与

不得刷屏、淹没信息流、操纵拾起次数/举报/邀请、恶意举报、抓取服务、探查其他用户身份、 规避频率限制，或未经许可访问账号或系统。

不得出售或公开发布账号及邀请码，也不得创建替代账号规避限制。

8. 大学邮箱标记

标记仅表示账号访问过获准的大学邮箱。不得声称其证明身份、在读状态、资历、权限或大学 背书，也不得利用标记冒充工作人员或骗取信任、金钱或资料。

9. 内容管理与处理措施

根据具体情况、严重程度、历史及风险，我们可：

• 在发布前阻止提交；
• 暂缓、隐藏或删除内容；
• 删除公开精选片段；
• 警告或暂时限制账号；
• 暂停或关闭账号；或
• 在法律要求下保存及披露有限资料。

自动筛查用于辅助而非取代人工判断。我们会在尊重表达自由的同时，力求一致且相称地执行 规则。你可依照《举报与投诉处理政策》申诉。

10. 如何协助

举报帖子请使用产品内举报功能。若涉及回复、公开片段、账号、资料问题，或无法在产品内 举报，请发送邮件至 lcsdjn@hotmail.com，提供内容编号、类别及简短说明；请勿不必要地 重复有害内容。
